About the Lovable Rogue:
The Lovable Rogue is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This Torgue Assault Rifle deals a good amount of damage. But its fire rate is a bit slow and the projectiles are always in sticky mode, therefore, this weapon is not really suited for dealing with a lot of mobs. Each projectile has a chance to spawns homing missiles on detonation. These will never hit the enemy you stuck and rather seek out a new target. Projectiles that are stuck to a surface will still have a chance to spawn homing missiles. The Lovable Rogue does deal splash damage, something to be aware of, or exploit when playing Moze.
- Shock damage is strong against Shields and causes targets to be electrocuted. Electrocution deals very high damage over a 3-second duration.
Special Weapon Effect:
- Always Shock
- Always Sticky Mode
- Gyrojets have a chance to spawn a homing missile as they explode.
- Stuck Gyrojets have a 5% damage increase
The Lovable Rogue has a 30% chance of dropping from Evil Brick who is located at Castle Crimson in Krieg’s Mind. But this weapon can also ‘World Drop’ in the Fantastic Fustercluck DLC.
Evil Brick can be found at Castle Crimson in Krieg’s Mind. He is a mid-boss that you encounter halfway through the map. You will be fighting him alongside Evil Mordecai. Use the ‘Castle Crimson – the Wall’ fast travel station.
The Lovable Rogue is a good weapon, it’s kinda slow but it can put out some damage.
- The name is a reference to Han Solo, with the flavor text being a line he speaks to Princess Leia in the 1980 film The Empire Strikes Back.
