About the Lunacy:
The Lunacy is a Legendary Item in Borderlands 3. This Eridian Artifact enhances your defensive capabilities by doubling your shield capacity. However, the penalty for using this artifact is that your shield’s recharge delay is increased significantly. I can see the Lunacy work really well with the Re-Charger because this shield has the ability to instantly recharge your shield when it breaks. This already gave you 200% shield capacity from time to time. Combining this with the Lunacy artifact you basically have 400% shield capacity. The Stop-Gap could also be a nice shield to pair up with the Lunacy as that shield has an immunity phase making you invincible for 5 seconds. This amount of time already covered the recharge delay.

How to get the Lunacy?:
The Lunacy can only be obtained from Empowered Grawn who is located in Negul Neshai on Xylourgos. He is the boss on the Dahl ship that you fight with Deathtrap. The Empowered Grawn has a 15% of dropping this legendary item.
