About the Major Kong:
The Major Kong is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This COV Rocket Launcher can deal an insane amount of damage. However, in order to fully utilize its power, you will need to charge up your shots which will take some time. In addition to that, it will eat through your ammo. Yes, you can basically one-shot enemies and bosses with this weapon, however, the additional homing rocket sometimes has a hard time hitting your target. You can shoot the ground and the rocket will still spawn an extra projectile.
Elements:
Fire damage is strong against Flesh and can cause targets to burn. Burning deals high damage over a 5-second duration.
Corrosive damage is strong against Armor and causes targets to melt. Melting deals high damage over a 7-second duration.
Shock damage is strong against Shields and causes targets to be electrocuted. Electrocution deals very high damage over a 3-second duration.
Radiation damage can cause targets to become Irradiated. Irradiated enemies deal Aura Damage to nearby enemies for 8 seconds. If an Irradiated enemy dies, they explode, Irradiating any enemies damaged by the explosion.

Psychoreaver can be found at Vaulthalla in Krieg’s Mind. He’s the final boss of the Fantastic Fustercluck DLC. Fast travel to Vaulthalla and walk straight ahead to the boss arena.
The Major Kong is one of the best Rocket Launchers in the game. You should definitely farm one for yourself.
