The Moxxi’s Endowment is a Legendary Item in Borderlands 3. This Eridian Artifact always gives you increased combat XP. Besides that Moxxi’s Endowment can spawn with various additional boosts depending on which prefix you got.

How to get the Moxxi’s Endowment?:
The Moxxi’s Endowment can be obtained from any loot source but has a 15% chance of dropping from Tink Train who is located in the Guts of Carnivora on Pandora.

- Weapon-type specific damage
- Movement speed
- Max health
- Elemental resistance
- Elemental chance
- Shield capacity
- Luck
Additional Prefix Effects
- Atom Balm
- Increased radiation aura damage, burst damage, and burst radius.
- Ice Spiker
- Adds cryo to slams. Increases slam damage and radius. Fires 3 cryo projectiles that damage and pass through enemies.
- Mind Melt
- Adds a radiation aura to slams and follows the character. Increased slam radius.
- Knife Drain
- Adds lifesteal to all melee hits, returning 75% damage dealt as health
- Loot Expanding
- Increased the amount of cash, health, and ammo you receive from pickups
