About the Nova Berner:
The Nova Berner is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This Anshin Shield triggers an incendiary nova on shield break and shield fill. This special ability can be fun with the On Action Skill Trigger shield Break/Fill effect anointment. Fire is a good element especially during your initial playthrough, however, in TVHM or Mayhem Mode you will encounter a lot more enemies with shields and armor. If that is the case you might want to start looking at the Frozen Heart shield.

Where to get the Nova Berner?
The Nova Berner has a 2.5% chance of dropping from the Power Troopers. You want to farm the Yellow, Black, and Red Power Trooper. They are located in the Atlas HQ on Promethea. However, you can also get the Nova Burner randomly from any suitable loot source as a world drop.
Is the Nova Berner any good?
The Nova Berner is an mediocre shield that is good in some cases but it’s not something you want for your end-game build.
