About the Occultist:
The Occultist is a Legendary weapon in Borderlands 3. This is a very powerful Torgue pistol that deals incendiary damage. When you fire this gun, the main projectiles get accompanied by 6 additional projectiles that swirl just behind them. These projectiles travel pretty slow which makes hitting mobile targets a bit of a challenge. However, on impact, these projectiles are destructive and deal slash damage.
Elements:
None, Shock, and Corrosive.
Special Weapon Effect:
“The only way you can control people is to lie to them.”
- Always incendiary.
- Fires a single projectile with a number of additional projectiles swirling around the original as it travels.
- All projectiles fired from this weapon can explode.
How to get the Occultist?:
The Occultist can be obtained from any loot source but has a 30% chance of dropping from Troy who is located in The Great Vault on Pandora.
Notes:
- The Occultist always spawns with the “Double Penetrating” prefix.
