About the Otto Idol:
The Otto Idol is a Legendary Item in Borderlands 3. This Eridian Artifact will keep you in the fight as it restores a good portion of your health each time you kill an enemy. The Otto Idol comes in various prefixes which each provide additional boosts.
Artifact Special Effect:
“Every man for himself.”
- Restores a percentage of max health after killing an enemy.
How to get the Otto Idol?:
The Otto Idol can be obtained from any loot source but has a 15% chance of dropping from Rachel, the Anointed who is located in the Cathedral of the Twin Gods on Pandora.

The Otto Idol will grant three of the following bonuses.
- Grenade damage
- Elemental resistance
- Elemental damage
- Weapon reload speed
- Luck
Additional Effects
- Caustic Coast
- Sliding kicks up corrosive shards that explode on contact.
- Knife Drain
- Melee attacks restore a portion of the damage dealt as health.
- Elemental Projector
- While suffering an elemental effect you, increase your damage with that same element.
