The Overflow Bloodbag is one of the Legendary Amulets in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. This Amulet is part of the base game. The Overflow Bloodbag is manufactured by Vatu and enhances your survivability by increasing your Maximum Health. It does this by adding the health from the Dark Magic Leech to your Maximum Health Capacity.

How to get the Overflow Bloodbag?
- You can obtain the Overflow Bloodbag randomly as a World Drop from any suitable loot source.
- You can also get it from the Barf Bunnies within the Chaos Chamber. Increase your chances by maximizing your crystals during your Chaos Chamber Run.
- This legendary item occasionally appears as a featured item of the week in the Chaos Chamber Loot Room.
- Dedicated Drop: You can also farm Death Rattler, who is the Obelisk Boss located in The Fearamid, as it is in their dedicated loot pool.
Notes
- The Max Health bonus persists even when unequipping the Overflow Bloodbag, but is lost when entering “Save Your Soul” or using Fast Travel.
