The Pain is Power is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This COV Assault Rifle will start with a pretty slow fire rate but will that will continue to increase as you keep firing this weapon. When the Embrace the Pain reaches its maximum fire rate it will set you on fire, however, during this phase, your gun won’t consume any ammo. So pain is Power.
Elements:
Incendiary: Fire damage is strong against Flesh and can cause targets to burn. Burning deals high damage over a 5-second duration.
Special Weapon Effect:
“Nobody kills me but ME!”
- Always incendiary.
- Fire Rate increases as you keep shooting.
- This gun will set you on fire when it reaches its maximum fire rate but stops consuming ammo during this phase.
Where to get the Pain is Power?
The Pain is Power has an increased chance of dropping from Hot Karl who is located in Devil’s Razor on Pandora. But can also be obtained as a ‘World Drop’ from any suitable loot source.
Where can I find Hot Karl?
You can find Hot Karl in Devil’s Razor on Pandora. He’s located in a small COV camp north from the Roland’s Rest.
