About the Plumage:
The Plumage is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This Atlas Rocket Launcher shoots 8 rockets that start to deviate from their original pattern. Because the Plumage is an Atlas launched it comes with a tracking grenade. You can shoot these at will by swapping to the secondary firing mode, but enemies will also drop them when they are being killed by the Plumage.

None: Physical Damage is useful against everything. It has no special properties but also does not suffer weaknesses.

ThePlumage has a 33% chance of dropping from Wrendon Esk who is located in The Blastplains on Gehenna. But this weapon can also ‘World Drop’ in the Bounty of Blood DLC.
Where can I find Wrendon Esk?
Wrendon Esk can be found in The Blastplains on Gehenna. He’s part of the ‘Most Wanted’ Crew Challenge. Travel to the ‘Pump & Charge’ Fast Travel Station and make your way around the camp. There is a skip by climbing on the gate by utilizing the tent.
Is the Plumage any good?
The Plumage is a decent weapon. Moze would probably get the most out of this. But there are better options in the game.
