The Re-Charge Berner is a Legendary item in Borderlands 3. This Anshin shield is part of the Takedown at Maliwan’s Blacksite. Its a hybrid between the ‘Re-Charger’ and the ‘Nova Berner’ shield. So you get 2 legendary effects on 1 shield, which is pretty cool.

Corrosive, Fire, Shock, Radiation, and Cryo
Special Weapon Effect:
“Feelin’ the Bern.”
- Nova damage on shield break and fill.
- Instantly begins recharging when broken. Cooldown 20 seconds.
How to get the Re-Charge Berner?:
The Re-Charge Berner can be obtained in Maliwan’s Blacksite, it has a 22% chance of dropping from Valkyrie Squad.
