About the Ringer:
The Ringer is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3 and part of The Director’s Cut. With this Torgue Grenade Mod, you throw a spiked ball forward that will roll over the ground. The bomb will explode on impact but you can also shoot it to detonate it.
