About the Rowan’s Call:
The Rowan’s Call is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This Jakobs Assault Rifle is a great weapon with an alien barrel. Just like the other “Call” weapons in Borderlands 3, if you manage to score a critical hit with this weapon, your magazine will refill automatically. The other special effect of the Rowan’s Call is that it will ricochet 2 bullets instead of the default 1 for Jakobs weaponry.

How to get the Rowan’s Call?:
The Rowan’s Call can be obtained randomly from any loot source but has a 50% chance of dropping from Red Rain who is located in Slaughterstar 3000.

Notes:
- The Rowan’s Call occasionally appears in Maurice’s Black Market.
- The special effects (the ammo refill and the ricochet) are identical to that of Lucian’s Call.
- The Rowan’s Call, along with the King’s Call and Queen’s Call, appears to be a unique brand of Jakob’s weaponry with distinctly alien features, that add elemental weapon effects to otherwise non-elemental Jakobs weapons.
