About the Shocker:
The Shocker is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. ThisTorgue Shotgun fires a shock orb that splits into 3 orbs in a horizontal pattern. It’s similar to The Lob but can only spawn with the shock element. That said, the projectile speed of the Shocker is a lot faster than the orbs of the Lob but still travels slow. You can score critical hits with the shocker but it’s easier to deal splash damage by aiming at the ground.

How to get the Shocker?:
The Shocker has a 15% chance of dropping from Voltborn, who is a rare spawn in Guns, Love, and Tentacles. Voltborn is located in Negul Neshai on Xylourgos.
