About the Tunguska:
The Tunguska is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This Torgue Rocket Launcher shoots a fast-moving rocket that will quickly travel to the aimed location, however, instead of exploding on impact the rocket will rise up towards the sky. This will create a small delay before it will actually explode. You can also use the Tunguska in sticky mode. The rockets will wait until you reload before they rise up. This way you can set up a trap before detonating them.

How to get the Tunguska?
The Tunguska can randomly be obtained from any suitable loot source as a world drop. However, it has a 30% chance of dropping from Mincemeat. You can farm it at The Droughts on Pandora.
You encounter Mincemeat during and after the side quest “Skag Dog Days”, which is an optional mission by Chef Frank that becomes available after you completed the Cult Following story mission.

Notes:
- The Tunguska occasionally appears in Maurice’s Black Market.
- The explosion mid-air can be useful for hitting enemies that are hiding behind cover.
