How to get the Vigilant Power Scouter ?
The Vigilant Power Scouter can be obtained by defeating The Old Sentinel who is the final-boss in episode 5 of the story campaign, The Sentinel. This piece of gear will drop on Normal and Advanced difficulty.
Personal Note:
The Vigilant Power Scouter is the best critical damage item in the game. Just like with the Symbiotic Gauntlet, it gives you excellent damage increases while also providing a massive additional amount of hp. The Vigilant Power Scouter is in my Top 10 Legendary Gear.
