There are over 20 Legendary Wards in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands each with their own special attribute which makes them unique. However, you might be wondering with which Ward you need to shield yourself. Well in this Best Wards in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands list, I’m going to showcase the Wards you need to look out for. While some of these Wards tailor more towards a specific build, these are the ones every Fatemaker needs in their inventory.
Full Battery
The Full Battery is a Hyperius Ward that strikes enemies with a lightning bolt. It will do this every time after a full shield recharge. So when a enemy shoots your Ward it will trigger the lightning strike, however, the Full Battery also comes with the AMP component which means that your first shot after a full shield charge up will drain some of your shield capacity resulting in the lightning effect.
You can use the Full Battery as you are “casually” running through the game or Chaos Chamber as the lighning strike can delete smaller mobs from the map without you even knowning they were there. I personally enjoy this shield as it’s fun seeing the Ward do its job.
You can farm the Full Battery from The Son of a Witch at Karnok’s Wall or from Bosses in the Chaos Chambers. That said, you can also get it from the barf bunnies in the Chaos Chamber Loot Room.
Bad Egg
The Bad Egg is a Pangoblin Ward that can really work with the Stab-O-Matic meta that’s going on. This Ward increases your movement speed but also adds +35% Bonus Dark Magic Damage to your melee attacks. Since the Stab-O-Matic shotgun deals melee damage instead of gun damage, you can really take advantage of this shield.
You can get the Bad Egg as a random world drop or at the Ward Barf Bunny in the Chaos Chamber.
Last Gasp
Because enemies can quickly deplete your Ward, having that extra dps can help you take them down. Something that is really handy in boss fights. But if you are struggling to stay alive, the Last Gasp doesn’t have a very large capacity. Which is great to trigger its special legendary effect but not so much if you need to stay alive.
You can get the Last Gasp as a random word drop but you can also farm it from ZomBoss at Shattergrave Barrow.
Cursed Wit
The Cursed Wit is a Pangoblin Ward that is being used in a lot of End Game Builds. The Cursed Wit will give you +17% Damage Reduction and +100% Damage Dealt to nearby enemies when the Ward is depleted.
While the Cursed Wit has a low Capacity, its damage reduction keeps you alive. However, while you are living on the edge with this Ward, it does offer advantage as you take this risk. The 100% Damage Dealt Increase pushes your build’s damage output to the next level.
You can get the Cursed Wit as a random world drop or you can farm Ribula in Snoring Valley.
Body Rune
The Body Rune is a Ashen Ward that provides various bonuses when you kill an enemy. On Kill, you restore 15% of your Max Health and it grants an +20% Bonus Fire Damage for 8s. While the Body Rune doesn’t offer as large of a damage increase as some other legendary wards, it does have a good shield capacity adding to your survivability. This Ward is even better when teaming up with friends as its unique ability is shared to the rest of the party.
You can get the Body Rune randomly as a World Drop or from the Ward Barf Bunny in the Chaos Chambers. It’s dedicated source is Bunnidhogg a secret boss in the Chaos Chambers.
