Gearbox Software has hidden their Tannis on a Fish Easter Egg again in Borderlands 2. This is a recurring easter egg in the Borderlands games. In this guide, I’m going to tell you where you can find it and how to activate it.
Borderlands 2 Tannis Rides Again Easter Egg Guide
1. Go to the Sawtooth Cauldron
Use a Fast Travel Station to get there or travel there from Eridium Blight if you haven’t discovered the area just yet.
2. Travel to the Southern edge of Sawtooth Cauldron
There is a beach area on the southern edge of Sawtooth Cauldron. Walk toward the water but not too close as nearby turrets will terminate you when you go out of bounds.
3. Shoot The Barrels
There are multiple explosive barrels on the beach, each with a different elemental type. You will need to shoot these barrels in the correct order to trigger the hidden easter egg.
- Shock
- Incendiary
- Corrosive
- Explosive
- Slag
4. Watch the lake
You need to look at the water in front of you after you correctly executed the barrel code. As soon as you shot the last barrel, music will start to play and a construction will emerge to the surface. Moments later, you will see Tannis appear on a fish and execute the most dangerous stunt in Borderlands history.
