Borderlands 3: All Mayor’s Killer Look Location Guide

Defeating all Mayor’s Killer Look targets is one of the Crew Challenges in Borderlands 3‘s first DLC; Moxxi’s Heist on the Handsome Jackpot. In this objective, one of the side characters asks you to kill some particularly fashionable looters and/or robots. You will come across 5 targets throughout this story campaign add-on.

In this Borderlands 3 Guide, I’m going to tell you where you can find them and what your reward is for completing this challenge. None of Mayor’s Killer Look Locations are missable as you can still complete the quest if you already completed the DLC.

Did you know that all the assassination targets of the “Mayor’s Killer Look” sidequest are named after past and present prominent, real world figures in the fashion industry.

There are 5 Mayor’s Killer Look Locations hidden throughout Moxxi’s Heist on the Handsome Jackpot. They will appear on your mini-map once you get close enough. Then you need to defeat the named enemy in order to check off the objective.

The mayor wants us to kill some particularly fashionable looters and/or robots.

1. EVIL Saint Lawrence – The Spendopticon

EVIL Saint Lawrence can be found in The Burning Pocket area of the Market District in The Spendopticon. Travel south from the Market District Fast Travel Point and head towards the other side of the area’s upper level. Evil Saint Lawrence will emerge from a shutter. They are also the dedicated loot source for the ION Laser

Hmph. That outfit was much too garnish for the season–but it does work nicely as a funeral shroud. Gahahaha

2. Junpai Goat Eater – The Spendopticon

Junpai Goat Eater can be found in the Fling Springs area of the Vice District in The Spendopticon. Go North from the Velvet Shuffle fast travel station and you will find a Spa portion in the back of the open area. Junpai Goat Eater is also the dedicated loot source for the Creamer

Well done. All the wealth and fashion sense in the world won’t save you from your own greed. Or bullets.

3. DEGEN-3 – Impound Deluxe

DEGEN-3 can be found in the Drifting Larboard area on the Impound Deluxe. Go North from the Beggar’s Berth fast travel station toward the top right corner of the map. DEGEN-3 will appear once you opened up the yellow door. They are also the dedicated loot source for the Slow Hands

Pitty them not–so many hands suffered to make such finery, and so many eyes suffered to see it, that their death should come as a relief.

4. Gorgeous Armada – The Compactor

Gorgeous Armada can be found inside the VIP boot at the Refuse Ridge in the The Compactor. Go Northeast from the rashlantis’ Fast Travel station and head into Cubeland and keep following this path untill you find a VIP Door. They are also the dedicated loot source for the Heart Breaker.

Excellent! No more shall that web of tangled threads cage others in its opulence.

5. Loco Chantelle – VIP Tower

Loco Chantelle can be found in the High Roller Lounge area of the VIP Tower. They can be found near the entrance, Loco Chantelle is waiting in the right corner and are also the dedicated loot source for the Nukem.

Do you see? Material trappings are just that–a trap, one which ensnares the common man in a cycle of want and disappointment.

Mayor’s Killer Look Rewards

You will receive the “Killer Look” achievement/trophy when you manage to kill all 5 particularly fashionable looters for Mayor’s Crew Challenge.

Completing this quest will also reward you with some exclusive cosmetic item that will be delivered in your in-game mailbox.
