You get presented with an overview of your choices at the end of each episode of New Tales From The Borderlands. There you can see which choices you made and how they compare to the rest of the community. “You and this many percent of the player base also did this thing in the game”.
One of the stats in the game is Forge the Flaming Sword of Destiny. You will see this in Anu‘s overview at the end of Episode 1.
You must be thinking where the heck did I need to Forge the Flaming Sword of Destiny? Well actually, this is Gearbox Software trolling the community. Throughout the game, you always get these weird callouts. It’s a running gag at the end of each slate.
So don’t worry about this and here are some other gags that didn’t happen during your adventure
- You and 18% of players did not save the plumber’s marriage.
- You and 52% of players did not play the magic oboe to soothe the Beaver.
- You and 2% of players never taught Crabworm the meaning of true love.
- You and 74% of players sent grandpa on an ice floe.
