At the beginning of the third Borderlands 3 DLC; Bounty of Blood, you are promised a reward. And when you complete the main story of this story campaign add-on you are able to collect it. You are given the key to the Bank of Vestige. Inside you will find money and loot chests that give out legendary weapons. The Developers over at Gearbox Software intended that you could only open up these chests once. But what if I told you there is a trick that you can exploit and keep farming these legendary chests.
Here is how to rob the bank of Vestige:
- Reach the final mission “Riding To Ruin” and unlock the final objective “collect your bounty”.
This is the final mission of Bounty of Blood but don’t complete the final objective.
- Go to the Bank in Vestige.
Here you can obtain your rewards
- BEWARE: Don’t destroy the money boxes!
By leaving these untouched the game thinks you didn’t complete the quest.
- Open the loot chests and collect 4 legendary weapons.
- Save & Quit and Load back in.
If you don’t destroy the money crates you can keep “robbing” the bank.
