If you are looking to change your character class and want to play a different archetype, you can respec your character at a ‘Quick Change Station’ in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. There is one in Izzy’s Fizzies, The Chaos Chamber, or Dreamveil Overlook (DLC).
When you interact with the Quick Change Station, you cannot just customize your appearance, you are also provided with the option to Respec your character at the bottom of the screen. Press the corresponding button listed below. If you play with a controller, don’t Hold the button as this allows you to rename your character.

You can choose to reset your Skill Points, Hero Points, or Both. Respec-ing your character costs 10% of your total Gold. So the more money you have, the higher the price.
