There are 11 Ancient Obelisks hidden through Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. These large structures provide interesting challenges. Once activated, the pillar will summon a big wave of enemies from its crystal to overwhelm you. When you defeated enough minions a unique mini-boss will emerge from the Obelisk itself. You will win the challenge once you beat the boss.
If you manage to overcome a challenge you will be rewarded with Gold and Experience Points. But when you conquered every Ancient Obelisk you will get a permanent +10% Constitution bonus. Completing this Campaign Challenge is very useful as it increased your Health and Ward capacity, something, you are going to need in the End Game.
Ancient Obelisk Locations
Queen’s Gate
The first Ancient Obelisk is actually located in Queen’s Gate, however, you can only access this area once you completed the main story mission “Emotion of the Ocean”. Because during that mission the water level is adjusted making this area accessible.
This pillar is guarded by Goblins and Trolls. Watch out for those barrel goblins, Badass goblins, and War Trolls. Once you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss Droll the Troll will spawn.

Weepwild Dankness
The second Ancient Obelisk can be found in WeepWild Dankness. It’s located near the Busted-Ass Ruins, a location you come across during the escort mission with Mr. Torgue.
This pillar is guarded by various Shrooms. Watch out for those artillery ones. If you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss Monstrous Shroom will spawn.
Monstrous Shroom can create a bunch of Poisonous puddles that can limit your mobility in this small area.

Wargtooth Shallows
The third Ancient Obelisk can be found in Wargthooth Shallows. If you use the “Recent Beach” Fast Travel Location then you are just around the corner from its location.
This pillar is guarded by Landsharks. If you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss The Great Wight will spawn. Watch out for these enemies as they can ambush you by going underground and emerging just in front of you.

Mount Craw
This pillar is guarded by a lot of goblins. If you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss Pigwart will spawn.
Pigwart flies all over the place on his hoverboard, therefore, he is quick but can also create highly damaging AoE attacks. Try and keep your distance and match your elemental damage to his shielding.

Tangledrift
The fifth Ancient Obelisk can be found in Tangledrift. Use the “What’s Left of Drift Wood” Fast Travel Location as it is the nearest spawn station.
This pillar is guarded by Wyvern. Be aware of those wyverns that can teleport you into the sky. If you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss Obsidian Wyvern will spawn.
Watch out that you don’t fall over the edge of this small floating island.

Drowned Abyss
The sixth Ancient Obelisk can be found in the Drowned Abyss.
This pillar is guarded by crabs. If you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss King Q’urub Hullsunder will spawn.
King Q’urub has the ability to bury himself in the ground.

Crackmast Cove
The seventh Ancient Obelisk can be found in Crackmast Cove. Use the “Scallywag Landing” Fast Travel Location as it is the nearest spawn station. Go out the gate and keep to the left to circle around. Head through the waterfall to reveal a secret cave.
This pillar is guarded by the Undead. If you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss Lissia, Iron-Wrought will spawn.
Lissia will shield herself from attacks by creating a front-shield. Her attacks are mostly Lightning-based so watch out that your Ward isn’t drained in 2 seconds.

Karnok’s Wall
The eighth Ancient Obelisk can be found in Karnok’s Wall.
This pillar is guarded by Coiled and can be very challenging as there a lot of them and they are all over the place. Watch out for those AoE spells they can cast. If you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss Shara, Dust-Begotten will spawn.
Shara can summon multiple Shadow Coiled and will create big poison puddles on the ground.

Sunfang Oasis
The ninth Ancient Obelisk can be found in Sunfang Oasis.
This pillar is guarded by Coiled and can be challenging as there isn’t much room to dodge attacks. If you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss Oculus will spawn.
Oculus will ambush you as soon as he spawns. He will attack you with his axes. If you defeat him, his eye will pop out and also attack you.

Ossu-Gol Necropolis
The tenth Ancient Obelisk can be found in Ossu-Gol Necropolis.
This pillar is guarded by Landshark. If you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss Mandiblon, Chomper of Skulls will spawn. Watch out for these enemies and Mandiblon as they can ambush you by going underground and emerging just in front of you.

The Fearamid
The eleventh and final Ancient Obelisk can be found in The Fearamid.
This pillar is guarded by the Undead and Cyclops. If you defeated enough enemies, the mini-boss Death Rattler will spawn. Watch out for all the pitfalls in this area before you know it you will be falling to your death.
Death Rattler is a mini-boss that will ambush you as soon as he spawns.
