Moxxi is the bar owner in Borderlands 2, she is a returning character from the original Borderlands game where she was present in two story campaign expansions. Moxxi hosted the Underdome arena in DLC2 and also owned the Redlight Bar in DLC3.

Moxxi’s Tip Jar Rewards
Moxxi can give you one of two rewards by tipping her. There isn’t a set amount of money you need to give as it is randomly triggered. Therefore, it is possible you can get these items cheap or very expensive.
The first reward is always Moxxi’s Bad Touch which can only be obtained once. After that, you will always receive Moxxi’s Good Touch. You can only get 1 reward each time you enter Sanctuary.
Reward 1: Miss Moxxi’s Bad Touch SMG
Moxxi’s Bad Touch is her second favorite gun and is an extremely powerful variant of the Maliwan Venom submachine gun. This is the first reward you get from Moxxi when you start tipping her and you can only get it once per character.
The Bad Touch always comes with the Corrosive element and will heal you for 2% of the damage it dealt. It’s an accurate Maliwan SMG with a unique +70% Crit Damage bonus.
Reward 2: Miss Moxxi’s Good Touch SMG
Moxxi’s Good Touch is her super special and favorite gun because it will always vibrate. The Good Touch is an extremely powerful variant of the Maliwan Provacateur submachine gun. It performance is similar to the Legendary Hellfire, however, it is much easier to get.
The Good Touch always comes with the Incendiary element and will heal you for 2.5% of the damage it dealt. It’s an accurate Maliwan SMG with a unique +70% Crit Damage bonus.
Reward 3: Suger Daddy
You will get the “Suger Daddy” achievement if you Tip Moxxi $10,000 or more.
