Redfall: Community Standing Explained

Community Standing is a new reputation bar in Redfall that Arkane Austin added with their final patch; Game Update 4. This new skill tree can be accessed by interacting with the Community Standing Message Board in Safehouses. This new Safehouse Skill Tree lets you purchase new perks with the Support Currency you have gained throughout the game.

The Safehouse Skill Tree contains 39 unique perks that provide permanent buffs for you and your co-op buddies. These perks are divided over 6 Community Standing Ranks and each rank needs to be unlocked by increasing your Community Standing. You can increase your Community Standing Points by rescuing civilians, unlocking safehouses, completing safehouse missions, and unlocking historical markers.

Here is an overview of the community tasks you can do and their point value to increase your Community Standing reputation.

Unlocking all the Safe Houses and Historical Markers and completing all the Safe House Missions in Redfall Commons brings your reputation up to 240 Community Standing Points. This is enough to unlock Rank 4 of the Safe House Skill Tree.

Community Standing Ranks and Perks

Redfall - Community Standing

You gain access to the Safe House Skill Tree as soon as reverand Eva informs you about setting up Safe Houses. This happens during the Mission “Two Birds One Stone” as you are going to investigate the helicopter crash sites and come close to the Safe House near the Shadetree Heights Supper Club.

Here is an overview of the 6 Ranks from the Safe House Skill Tree and their dedicated Perks. They are grouped per rank and the name, description, and costs of every Perk are outlined. All the upgrades from the Community Standing Skill Tree are meant to provide you with a mixture of QoL and gameplay benefits.

Rank 1 – Spirited Newcomer

This tier becomes available as soon as you interact with a Community Standing Board. You will need $15,000 to purchase every perk in this tier.
