This is an overview of the Blightcaller’s Skill Tree in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. It contains a Class Feat, two Actions Skills, and a talent tree that easily lets you recharge your ward and specialize in poison and elemental damage.

Class Feat: Whisper of Rot
The Blightcaller’s Class Power is called, Whisper of Rot. Applying a Status Effect increases Elemental Damage for a duration. This effect can stack.
- Max Stacks: 10
- Stack Duration: 10 seconds
- Elemental Damage: +2.5% per stack
Unlock: You will gain access to your Class Feat once you interact with the Queen’s Waystone in Queen’s Gate you are likely around LVL5 at this point in the game.
Action Skill 1: Plaguestorm
The Fatemaker summons a Plaguestorm at target location, dealing Poison Status Effect Damage over time in an area.
Whenever the Fatemaker deals Non-Ability Damage a percentage of it is stored. The Plaguestorm periodically creates Elemental Bolts targeting a random number of enemies underneath it, dealing Ability Damage of a random Elemental Damage Type equal to the damage stored split among all targets, and clearing all stored damage.
- Duration: 20 Seconds
- Cooldown: 60 Seconds
- Damage stored: 25% of the damage dealt.
Unlock: You will gain access to your first action skill at level 2.
Action Skill 2: Bog Totem
Summon a Bog Totem Companion at target location, which periodically creates Elemental Spirits that seek out nearby enemies dealing Ability Damage and exploding on impact. Elemental Damage type is based on the Fatemaker’s currently equipped Gun when activated.
Whenever the Fatemaker kills an enemy while Bog Totem is active, its Duration is partially (10%) restored. Bog Totem has multiple charges, and Pinging an enemy will cause your Bog Totem to target them.

Unlock: You will gain access to your second action skill at level 7.
Blightcaller Skill Tree Overview
The Blightcaller’s Skill Tree contains 5 Tiers and 1 Capstone Skill. You will unlock a new skill tier every time you spend 5 Skill Points in the Skill Tree. You can choose to spend your skill points on the next set of skills or on the previously obtained skills but once you spend another 5 Skill Points you can move on to the next Tier.
Tier 1
Virulence (5)
Status Effect Application Chance and Status Effect Duration are increased by 6% per Skill Point.
Geist in the Shell (5)
Gun Critical Hits have a 20% chance to create a homing Poison Bog Spirit that seeks out nearby enemies dealing Poison Ability Damage and exploding on impact. Increases the Bog Spirit Damage by 7% per Skill Point.
Wraithmail (3)
Kill Skill: Restore a percentage of your Ward. Gain 7% Ward restoration per Skill Point.
Tier 2
Tier 2 unlocks after spending 5 Skill Points in the Blightcaller Skill Tree.
Hex Machina (3)
Fire Rate is increased by 5% per Skill Point. Whenever you swap your weapon, the bonus is doubled for 5 seconds.
Active Decay (5)
Increased Poison Damage by 4% per Skill Point.
Flawless Edge (5)
Based on how full your Ward is, Gain increased Damage Dealt. The fuller your Ward the greater the bonus. Each Skill Point increases the maximum damage by 6%.
Tier 3
Tier 3 unlocks after spending 10 Skill Points in the Blightcaller Skill Tree.
Worse Curse (3)
Applying a Dark Magic Status Effect increases your Spell Damage and Ability Damage for a duration. This effect can stack.
- Max Stacks: 3
- Stack Duration: equal to the Dark Magic Status Effect
- Spell Damage: +3% Per Skill Point
- Ability Damage: +3% Per Skill Point
Bog Down (1)
Dealing Non-Status Effect Poison Damage has a 10% chance to create a Water Nova, Soaking all nearby enemies. Soaked enemies take 50% more damage from Lightning and Frost, but 50% less damage from Fire for 10 Seconds. This ability has a short cooldown.
Amped Up (3)
Applying a Lightning Status Effect increases your Movement Speed and causes the Fatemaker to regenerate a percentage of their Ward per second for a duration. This effect can stack.
- Max Stacks: 3
- Stack Duration: equal to the Lighting Status Effect
- Move Speed: +4% per stack with each Skill Point
- Max-Ward Regen per Second: +0.5% per stack with each Skill Point
Tier 4
Tier 4 unlocks after spending 15 Skill Points in the Blightcaller Skill Tree.
Frost Bite (3)
Applying a Frost Status Effect increases your Melee Damage and Critical Hit Chance for a duration. This effect can stack.
- Max Stacks: 3
- Stack Duration: equal to the Frost Status Effect
- Melee Damage: +3% per stack with each Skill Point
- Crit Chance: +4% per stack with each Skill Point
Burnt Offering (3)
Applying a Fire Status Effect increases your Gun Damage and Spell Cooldown Rate for a duration. This effect can stack.
- Max Stacks: 3
- Stack Duration: equal to the Fire Status Effect
- Gun Damage: +3% per stack with each Skill Point
- Spell Cooldown Rate: +4% per stack with each Skill Point
Tier 5
Tier 5 unlocks after spending 20 Skill Points in the Blightcaller Skill Tree.
Toxicity (3)
Applying a Poison Status Effect increases your Critical Hit Damage, Companion Damage, and Action Skill Cooldown Rate for a duration.
This effect can stack.
- Max Stacks: 3
- Stack Duration: equal to the Poison Status Effect
- Crit Damage: +2.5% per stack with each Skill Point
- Companion Damage: +4% per stack with each Skill Point
- Cooldown Rate: +4% per stack with each Skill Point
Restore the Veil (1)
Life Leech from Dark Magic now restores Ward instead.
Maximum Ward is increased by 30% while Maximum Health is decreased by 30%.
Capstone Skill
The Capstone unlocks after spending 25 Skill Points in the Blightcaller Skill Tree.
Spirit Swarm (1)
Applying a Status Effect has a chance to create a Spirit Swarm Companion that will seek out nearby enemies dealing Damage over time.
Damage dealt and Damage type is based on the applied Status Effect. Triggering Spirit Swarm again will refresh its duration and will use the new Status Effect Damage, if higher.
You may redirect the Spirit Swarm by pinging an enemy.
- Duration: 10 Seconds
- Extra Duration: +1.5 Seconds
- Damage: equal to the applied Status Effect
