The Brr-Zerker is one of the character classes in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. The name is a cool reference to the Berzerker from Borderlands, however, the way it’s currently spelled lets you know this class is specialized in Cryo damage (Ice Ice Baby). The axe you are carrying around also has ice picks on the back.
Brr-Zerkers are tenacious, frost-infused bruisers who complement their firepower with an onslaught of brutal melee attacks. They are hardy warriors who hail from the frozen mountains, with a long line of ancestors who trained their bodies to withstand and even harness the bitter cold of icy winters. In battle, Brr-Zerkers prefer to do their fighting up close and personal, taking point on the front lines as a whirling maelstrom of exceptionally chilly death.
Brr-Zerkers are specialists of Melee and Cryo damage. The Brr-Zerker’s otherworldly powers allow them to become Enraged via their Action Skills, channel the power of Frost through weaponry so that they may Freeze and shatter their enemies, and manifest an arsenal of raw destructive force. Brr-Zerkers are even able to channel their bloodthirst by leeching life from fallen foes using a dash of occult magic.
When Enraged you will see that both sides of your screen will have frost on them with fierce red sparks emitting from them.
Every class has its own unique Class Feat. You will get access to both Class Feats when multiclassing.
Using an Action Skill causes the Fatemaker to become Enraged, adding bonus Frost Damage to their attacks. Enrage Duration will not deplete while an Action Skill is active and ends if the Fatemaker enters Save Your Soul. Activating an Action Skill when already Enraged restores a portion of the Enrage timer.
The Brr-Zerker has 2 action skills called ‘Feral Surge’ and ‘Dreadwind’. These abilities are unique to this class you can pick them up when you select your primary class at the start of the game or later in the game when you gain the ability to multi-class and choose a secondary class.
Feral Surge lets you leap towards enemies and deal massive damage as you slam your giant ax into them. This attack deals Cryo Damage and releases a Cryo Nova on impact. This skill reminded me of the Pound attack from Attikus in Battleborn. It was a great skill to close the gap and immediately start dealing damage. While you jump into close range with this attack, you also deal Cryo damage, which will slow down or completely freeze your opponents. This gives you the advantage to finish it off with a badass shotgun for example. In the IGN Uncut Gameplay, you see this skill has multiple charges.
Dreadwind is your ‘spin to win’ attack. Your character will pick up their mighty ice ax and start spinning it around. As you can slam the enemies around the camera goes into 3rd person mode. During Dreadwind you still have some control over your movement and you can plot a course. Enemies that are hit by your ax are dealt with Cryo Damage while the ground underneath them will also freeze. This skill reminded me of Rath from Battleborn. His Ultimate skill was also a ‘spin to win’ attack called Dreadwind.
These are the Brr-Zerker stats that get boosted by Class Power.
The Brr-Zerker’s Skill Tree lets you specialize in Melee and Frost damage, while also utilizing their Enraged Class Feat.
The Best backgrounds for the Brr-Zeker are; Village Idiot, Recovering Inventory Hoarder, Nerfed by the Bunkermaster, or Apprentice Barnacle Scraper. This is based on the game’s Hero Points suggestions. However, for End Game builds you can’t go wrong with Village Idiot or Nerfed by the Bunkermaster.
