- Clawbringer “Dedication” skill would incorrectly give the max cooldown rate instead of scaling based on the Fatemaker’s remaining ward
Clawbringer is still underperforming from what we would like to see. We’re increasing the damage done by a few skills that deal with raw ability damage and should help with some quality of life. This should make them a bit more competitive when building for Ability Damage.
- Storm Smite:
- Increased Storm Smite Base Damage by 33%
- Blasthamut’s Favor:
- Increased Fire Ability Damage on Gun Kill by 25%
- Increased Lightning Ability Damage on Melee Damage Kill by 33%
- Indomitable:
- Decreased the cooldown duration from 120 seconds to 100 seconds

- Changed Cleaning Flame Action skill to do Fire Melee Damage instead of just Melee Damage
- Increased Dedication Action Skill Cooldown Rate with Max Ward to 6%
- Increased Rebuke Damage Reduction to 4% per point
- Increased Storm Breath Damage Reduction to 15% per point

- Awe Critical Hit Chance is now 13% per point instead of 11%
- Awe Critical Hit Damage is 7% per point instead of 5%
- Dragon Aura Elemental Damage now 5% instead of 4%
- Oath of Thunder deals 6% bonus melee damage per point instead of 5%
- Firebolt: Gun damage is now 10% per point instead of 8%

- Increased the damage radius of Cleansing Flame’s melee damage
- Removed the cooldown on the Storm Smite skill
- Increased Storm Smite’s damage as it scales with higher levels by 50%
- Improved targeting for Storm Smite
- Removed Storm Smite’s delay between the puddle and lightning bolt spawning

The “Awe” passive properly scales to the Fatemaker instead of giving a flat rate.
