Dedicated Drops versus World Drops
Dedicated drops are special drops from a boss that only they drop. World Drops is a collection of all the drops in the game world that could drop. Luck is applied to each drop separately. Getting a World Drop does not impact your chance for a Dedicated Drop all.
There are a few more chances at getting a World Drop, so it might feel like they show up more– but that doesn’t make an impact on how many dedicated drops you see!
When a boss drops gear, it goes:
Dedicated Drop> Yes/No? If yes, Which.

World Drop>Yes/No? If Yes, Which
AND
World Drop>Yes/No? If Yes, Which

other stuff
Cosmetics have their own, separate loot pool and do not count into World/Dedicated drops!
