The second DLC character for Borderlands 2. Krieg the Psycho is one of the playable Vault Hunters. Krieg’s action skill is the Buzz Axe Rampage. Upon activation of Krieg action skill he gets a 500% Melee boost and 33% movement speed bonus. With every kill that Krieg makes within the time limit his health will be fully restored.
