The Marvel Movie, Avengers: Civil War, had such an awesome movie poster. I wanted to see if I could make a Borderlands 4 Wallpaper that could display that Team Ironman vs Team Captain America rivalry but then in the Borderlands universe.
I took screenshots from the main Borderlands 3 cast using the game’s photo mode and created two rivaling teams that make sense. There is a portion of the community that doesn’t like Ava so I teamed her up with Tannis and Hammerlock. Two team members that I see being loyal to Lilith’s decision to leave Sanctuary in the hands of Ava. Team two is basically the B-Team with Tiny Tina spearheading the charge to claim leadership of the Crimson Raiders.
I manually cut out each character and placed them in the lineup. The background is the final chest at the end of Ava’s murder mystery quests. I needed to make the lighting make sense and blend them into the scene. I added some fire and glow to intensify this heated rivalry between these two teams.
