This Borderlands 4 Wallpaper is wish fulfillment for all the Handsome Jack fans. He is such an iconic villain in the Borderlands universe and while early fan speculation saw imagery in the Borderlands 4 announcement teaser that hinted at his return, Jack is not going to be in the upcoming game.
I took screenshots of Timothy and the Handsome Jackbot boss using the Borderlands 3 Photomode in the Handsome Jackpot DLC. This gave me a cool shot of Timothy mimicking Handsome Jack and a robotic face that I could photoshop underneath the mask.
I added a lens flare onto the eye to give that Terminator look. There is some blood smear on the face to give the impression the left part was ripped off with fingers covered in blood. Timothy’s cracked mask adds to the imagery as if there has been a battle.
