Hyperion is one of the weapon manufacturers on Pandora, their special ability is that they get more accurate over time. The phrase “Shoot for the Moon” comes of one of the billboard / posters within Borderlands the Pre-Sequel. It’s a great slogan, it fits the company and Handsome Jack’s ambitions. Also there is a little side joke because the Pre-Sequel takes place on Pandora’s Moon, Elpis, and the Hyperion space station, Helios, is actually shooting at the moon.
